A simple phone call
The initial call with our team will be used to take all the details of your illness so that we can evaluate your prospects of success and let you know whether we are able to act for you. This is generally very straight forward and we should be able to begin progressing your claim straight away.
We work on your claim
Once we have your authority to begin work, we take care of the running of the claim, leaving you to get on with your recovery. We will keep in contact with you at key stages of the claim to update you on our progress.
We agree your settlement
When we reach the point of settling your claim we will contact you to discuss any offers that have been made and advise you on how best to proceed. Once you are happy with the compensation you are offered we will finalise the details and you will receive a cheque.
We handle your claim from start to finish
Your claim will be handled by our in-house legal team, unlike many holiday claims companies who take your details and then put you through to an external firm of solicitors. This means that you remain with us from your initial enquiry through to completion of your claim.
